Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to invite submissions for talks and poster presentations at CosmoVerse@Istanbul 2025. The abstract submission deadline is April 10, 2025. Please note that all contributions will be managed through the INDICO system at ITU, and the conference will be held exclusively in-person.
• Abstract Submission:
Abstract submission for talks and posters closes on April 10, 2025. To submit an abstract, click the ‘Submit a new abstract’ button on the conference page.
• Registration and Abstract Submission:
These are separate processes.
1. First, create an account.
2. Once your account is created, log in to the conference page to complete your registration.
3. All speakers and poster presenters must be registered to participate.
• Media Consent: Conference sessions will be recorded, and photographs will be taken during the event. By participating, you consent to the publication of these recordings and photos on publicly accessible platforms such as the conference website, YouTube, and others.
